Medical Provider, FNP-C
Tabitha Zappone was born and raised in Riverton, Wyoming near the Shoshone, Arapaho Indian Reservation, where her Shoshone grandfather introduced her to traditional and holistic health care at a young age—an influence that continues to shape her practice today. Her medical journey took her to remote regions of Alaska, where she witnessed the realities of rural healthcare and integrated Alaskan Native traditions into patient care. While rotating at Alaska Regional Hospital, she received advanced training in Neurology, Cardiology, and Infectious Disease, experiences that laid the foundation for her comprehensive approach to Primary Care.
In 2016, after the sudden closure of the clinic where she practiced, Tabitha opened Alpine Medical and Specialty Practices with a clear mission: to return to personalized, relationship-centered care. She emphasizes prevention and whole-body wellness, treating patients from the inside out using nutrition, movement, and education as tools for healing. Her Wellness Program reflects this vision—empowering patients to reverse illness and improve quality of life through sustainable lifestyle changes.
